Abstract:
Knowledge graph is a new intelligent management and service model targeting massive amounts of knowledge in the context of big data. With the help of powerful semantic processing and open interconnection capabilities, the application in the field of chronic diseases makes it possible for new intelligent medical and nursing. This article introduces the concept, construction method, and status of knowledge graph in the field of chronic disease management, including assisting clinical decision-making, knowledge retrieval, risk prediction, and nursing intervention. This article summarizes the development prospects and analyzes the problems and challenges it faces in interdisciplinary cooperation, scale expansion, intelligent construction, quality evaluation and so on, in order to promote the application of knowledge graph in chronic disease management in China.
