Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of chain modular nursing mode in the treatment of patients with severe limb trauma. Methods:The convenience sampling was used to select the clinical data of 125 patients with severe limb trauma admitted to Wuxi Ninth Hospital from June 2017 to June 2020. A total of 62 patients admitted from June 2017 to December 2018 were set as control group and received routine emergency treatment. From January 2019 to June 2020, 63 patients treated after our hospital became the China Trauma Rescue and Treatment Association and Trauma Center Construction Unit were set as the observation group and received chain modular nursing mode. The pain score, postoperative complications and emergency treatment time of the two groups were compared. Results:The differences of pain scores between the two groups at different time points after operation were statistically significant ( P<0.05). In the control group, there were 16 cases of pressure injury and 3 cases of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs after operation. In the observation group, there were 2 cases of pressure injury, and there was no deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs after operation. The incidence of pressure injury in the observation group was statistically lower than that in the control group ( P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the incidence of venous thrombosis between the two groups ( P>0.05). There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the retention time in the Resuscitation Room, the time to complete the injury assessment and the time from admission to surgery ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The establishment of chain modular nursing mode in the Trauma Center can shorten the treatment time of patients with severe limb trauma, prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications, and improve the treatment effect.
