Objective:To evaluate the influencing factors of clinical nurses' work performance in China by Meta-analysis.Methods:Articles related to the influencing factors of clinical nurses' work performance were searched in CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, CBM, Cochrane Library, PubMed, Web of Science, CINAHL and Embase. The search time limit was from the database establishment to September 2022. Literature screening, data extraction, and literature quality evaluation were independently conducted by 2 researchers. RevMan 5.3 was used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 24 articles and 10 330 clinical nurses were included, including 11 influencing factors. Meta-analysis results showed that there were significant differences in the work performance of nurses with different age ( SMD=-0.36, 95% CI: -0.47--0.26, P<0.001), working years ( SMD=-0.21, 95% CI: -0.28--0.15, P<0.001), professional title ( SMD=-0.26, 95% CI: -0.33--0.20, P<0.001), education ( SMD=-0.13, 95% CI: -0.19--0.07, P<0.001), employment form ( SMD=0.24, 95% CI: 0.17-0.30, P<0.001), position ( SMD=-0.45, 95% CI: -0.57--0.32, P<0.001) .
