Abstract:
Objective:To explore the application effect of remote rehabilitation management in postoperative follow-up of liver transplantation patients. Methods:A total of 92 patients who underwent liver transplantation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2020 to July 2021 were selected by the convenient sampling method. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine out-of-hospital follow-up management, while the observation group received remote rehabilitation follow-up management. The follow-up management period was half a year. The treatment compliance and self-care ability of the two groups were compared before and after intervention. Results:After intervention, the scores of each dimension and the total scores of treatment compliance in two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . In addition, the scores of each dimension and the total scores of treatment compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After intervention, the scores of each dimension and the total scores of self-care ability in two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The scores of each dimension and the total scores of self-care ability of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Remote rehabilitation management mode can effectively improve the postoperative treatment compliance and self-care ability of liver transplantation recipients.
