Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of goal-oriented rehabilitation exercise in postoperative nursing of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods:From August 2019 to August 2021, 90 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture who were admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected by convenient sampling as the research object. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random number table, 45 cases in each group. The control group adopted conventional nursing, while the observation group implemented goal-oriented rehabilitation exercise on the basis of the control group. The Function Independent Measure (FIM) and the Europe Health-related Quality of Life Questionnaire-5 Dimension (EQ-5D) were used to evaluate the two groups of patients to compare the motor function and quality of life before and after the intervention. Results:After intervention, the scores of motor function and cognitive function and total scores in FIM in the control group were lower than those in the observation group, with a statistically significant differences ( P<0.05) . The scores of mobility, self-care and usual activities in EQ-5D in the control group were lower than those in the observation group, and the scores of pain/discomfort and anxiety/depression were higher than those in the observation group, with statistically significant differences ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The goal-oriented rehabilitation exercise can improve the exercise ability of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture, promote the quality of life, and facilitate rapid rehabilitation of patients.
