Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of strengthening the management of surgical isolation technology on the quality of nursing during laparoscopic surgery for malignant tumors. Methods:From January to December 2021, patients who received laparoscopic resection of malignant tumors in Huai'an First People's Hospital were selected as the research object by convenience sampling. In July 2021, the management of surgical isolation technology was strengthened. A total of 49 patients admitted before the management improvement were selected in the control group, and 51 patients admitted after the management improvement were selected in the observation group. The operation indexes, complications related to surgical isolation, nursing quality and prognosis within one year after operation were compared between the two groups. Before and after the management improvement, 20 surgical nurses were selected to take written examination and carry out practice assessment on surgical isolation technology, and the assessment results were compared. Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in operation time, intraoperative bleeding and lymph node clearance ( P>0.05). The incidence of surgical isolation related complications in the observation group was 5.88% (3/51), lower than 32.65% (16/49) in the control group, and the difference was statistical ( P<0.05). The operation quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group with a statistical difference ( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in disease progression and incidence of lymph node metastasis between the two groups within one year after operation ( P>0.05). After the management improvement, the scores of note examination and practical operation examination of nurses in Operating Room were higher than those before the management improvement, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The application of strengthening surgical isolation technology in laparoscopic surgery for malignant tumors can further improve the safety of operation and the quality of nursing in the Operating Room.
