Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of closed-loop management model on the improvement of operation cooperation ability of nurses in Intervention Operating Room. Methods:A prospective study was conducted, and the time of implementing closed-loop management model in the Interventional Operating Room of Henan Chest Hospital was taken as the node. From January to December 2020, the convenient sampling was used to select 246 patients with coronary heart disease who received interventional treatment in the Interventional Operating Room of Henan Chest Hospital as the research objects. The patients who were treated before the implementation of the closed-loop management model from January to June 2020 were set as the control group, and the patients who were treated after the implementation of the closed-loop management model from July to December 2020 were set as the observation group, with 123 cases in each group. There were 13 nurses in the Interventional Operating Room before and after the implementation of closed-loop management mode. The control group received conventional Operating Room management mode, while the observation group received closed-loop management mode on the basis of the control group. The handover time of nurses, assessment results and patients' surgical cooperation ability were compared before and after the implementation of Interventional Operating Room. Results:After the implementation of closed-loop management model, the scores of specialized theoretical knowledge and nursing quality of Interventional Operating Room nurses were (92.55±4.04) and (94.21±3.47) , which were higher than (88.20±5.15) and (89.36±7.61) before the implementation, and the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0.05) . The excellent and good cooperation rate of nurses in the observation group was 98.37% (121/123) , which was higher than 92.68% (114/123) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The handover time of nurses in Interventional Operating Room was (1.56±0.54) min after the implementation of closed-loop management model and (2.57±1.52) min before the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The closed-loop management model can effectively improve nurses' cooperation ability, improve nurses' specialized theoretical knowledge and nursing quality.
