Abstract:
Objective:To explore the application effect of medical and nursing grouping responsibility nursing model in patients with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) .Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020, a total of 31 ECMO patients admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the control group by the convenient sampling and they received routine nursing intervention. A total of 31 ECMO patients admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the observation group and they were given medical and nursing grouping responsibility nursing model. The ECOM assistance time, ICU stay time and complications were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the ECOM assistance time and ICU stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group and the total complication rate was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Adopting the medical and nursing grouping responsibility nursing model for patients undergoing ECMO can shorten the ECOM assistance time and ICU stay time and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
