Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of cluster thermal insulation intervention on intraoperative body temperature change in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:A total of 94 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Suzhou Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from July 2019 to August 2021 were selected. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine operating room nursing intervention, and the observation group was given cluster thermal insulation intervention on this basis. The temperature changes of patients in the two groups were observed at the beginning, 30th minute and the end of the operation. The postoperative recovery time, the degree of shoulder pain at 6 hours after surgery, and the restlessness score at 6, 12, and 24 hours after surgery were compared between the two groups. Results:The body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at the 30th minute after the operation and at the end of the operation, and the difference were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The postoperative recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group and the degree of shoulder pain was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The scores of restlessness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group in each time period after operation, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Cluster thermal insulation intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy is helpful to stabilize intraoperative body temperature, shorten postoperative anesthesia recovery time and reduce postoperative shoulder pain and agitation.
