Abstract:
Objective:To construct sensitive quality indicators of critical care in Respiratory Department, and to observe its implementation effect. Methods:Based on the three-dimensional quality structure model, the Delphi method was used to determine the sensitive quality indicators of critical care in Respiratory Department. From January 2019 to December 2020, convenience sampling was used to select 120 critically ill patients admitted to the Respiratory ICU of the 904th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force as the research object. The 60 patients in 2019 were the pre-implementation group of sensitive indicators of nursing quality, and the 60 patients in 2020 were the post-implementation group. The ICU length of stay, mechanical ventilation time, incidence of nursing adverse events, and qualified rate of standardized operation of instruments and equipment were compared between the two groups before and after the implementation of the sensitive quality indicators of critical care in Respiratory Department. Results:The final sensitive quality indicators of critical care in Respiratory Department included 3 first-level indicators, 10 second-level indicators, and 33 third-level indicators. After the implementation, the ICU length of stay and mechanical ventilation time of the patients were shorter than those before the implementation, and the incidence of nursing adverse events was lower than that before the implementation, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The sensitive quality indicators of critical care in Respiratory Department is scientific and practical.
