Abstract: This paper reviews the concepts, evaluation tools, current level, main contents, influencing factors and intervention modes of self-management of young and middle-aged maintenance hemodialysis patients. This paper looks forward to the development of self-management of young and middle-aged maintenance hemodialysis patients, so as to provide a reference for the self-management practice and effect evaluation of young and middle-aged maintenance hemodialysis patients.
