The scores of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale (ESCA) , Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) , Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Medical Outcomes Study (SF-36) were compared between the two groups before the intervention and after the intervention. Results:After intervention, the ESCA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The Orem self-care model combined with supportive nursing intervention is beneficial to improve the self-care ability and quality of life of gynecological tumor patients, improve their anxiety and depression and improve their satisfaction with nursing staff.
