Abstract:
Objective:To explore the status and influencing factors of self-care ability in patients with primary bile reflux gastritis (PBRG) , so as to provide a reference for formulating targeted nursing strategies. Methods:From January 2020 to June 2021, 150 PBRG patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected by convenience sampling as the research objects. The General Information Questionnaire, Exercise of Self-Care Agency (ESCA) , Chinese short version of Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-C21) , and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) were used for the investigation. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of self-care ability in PBRG patients. A total of 150 questionnaires were distributed and 145 valid questionnaires were recovered, with a valid recovery rate of 96.67%.Results:Among 145 PBRG patients, the total scores of the ESCA, DASS-C21 and GSES were (110.43±19.75) , (22.60±4.13) and (25.59±5.21) respectively. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational level, poor psychological state, self-efficacy, family monthly income per capita and payment method were the influencing factors of self-care ability of PBRG patients ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The self-care ability of PBRG patients needs to be further improved. Clinical medical and nursing staff should formulate targeted interventions according to their influencing factors to improve the self-care ability of PBRG patients.
