Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the question and answer records about psoriasis in the online medical community, understand the relevant information of the doctor-patient group and the subject characteristics of the question records, and explore the health information needs of psoriasis patients. Methods:The records of psoriasis users in the top 3 most viewed online medical communities from January 1 to December 31, 2020 were collected. After preprocessing the data, the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) model was used to mine the themes from the question records and analyze the relevant information of the doctor-patient group. Results:A total of 8 959 pieces of normative data were collected, which boiled down to 8 themes reflecting the actual needs of patients in terms of treatment, nursing, clinical symptoms, and pathogenic factors of psoriasis. Conclusions:Analyzing the data in the online medical communities by LDA model can reflect the health information needs of psoriasis patients and the key points of treatment and nursing. This can provide nursing guidance based on the needs of patients, improve the health education model for skin diseases, and provide reference for the research on skin disease care.
