Abstract:
Objective:To study the effect of mindfulness-based stress reduction training combined with staged feedback method on self-perceived burden, self-perceived pressure and psychological resilience of gastric cancer patients during chemotherapy. Methods:A total of 80 gastric cancer patients who underwent chemotherapy in Fuyang People's Hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected by convenient sampling method as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received staged feedback nurisng intervention, while the study group received mindfulness-based stress reduction training nursing intervention based on the intervention of control group. The intervention period was 4 weeks. Self-perceived burden, self-perceived pressure and psychological resilience were evaluated and compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of Self-Perceived Burden Scale (SPBS) , score of dimensions and the total score of the Chinese version of Perceived Stress Scale (CPSS) and the 10 items Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC-10) between 2 groups ( P>0.05) . After intervention, the total score of SPBS in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the total score of CD-RISC-10 was higher than that in the control group, and the score of tension, sense of loss and total score in CPSS were lower than those in the control group. The differences were all statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Mindfulness-based stress reduction training combined with staged feedback method can significantly reduce the self-perceived burden and self-perceived pressure of patients with gastric cancer during chemotherapy and enhance psychological resilience, which is worthy of clinical application.
