Abstract:
Objective:To explore and analyze the construction of vascular access core nursing team and its application in blood purification patients. Methods:From May 2018 to May 2020, convenience sampling was used to select 120 patients with blood purification in Department of Nephrology of Henan Provincial People's Hospital as the research object. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The control group carried out routine nursing, and the observation group constructed a vascular access core nursing team to implement specialized nursing on the basis of the control group. The composition of vascular access, the success rate of one puncture, the incidence of complications, and nutritional indicators before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results:The observation group had a lower vascular access rate of central venous catheter, and a higher success rate of one puncture than those of the control group, with statistical differences ( P<0.05) . The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After nursing, the levels of albumin, hemoglobin and prealbumin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Establishing a vascular access core nursing team to implement specialized nursing and applying it in blood purification patients can effectively reduce the incidence of related complications, improve the nutritional status of patients, and have a good overall nursing effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
