Abstract:
Objective:To explore the application effect of motivational interviewing in rehabilitation training for patients undergoing total hip replacement (THR) .Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 75 THR patients who were admitted to Fuyang People's Hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected. They were divided into the observation group ( n=38) and the control group ( n=37) by the random number table method. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training guidance after THR, and the observation group was combined with 6 motivational interviews on the basis of the control group, and the intervention cycle was 3 months. At the 6th month of follow-up, Chinese version of Self-Efficacy for Rehabilitation Outcome Scale (SER) and Chinese version of Harris Hip Scale were used to evaluate the intervention effect. Results:The total scores and scores of all dimensions of Chinese version of SER and Chinese version of Harris Hip Scale in the observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01) . Conclusions:Motivational interviewing can improve the self-efficacy of rehabilitation training in THR patients, improve their exercise compliance, and promote the recovery of postoperative hip function.
