The search period was from the establishment of the database to June 15, 2021. The quality evaluation and data extraction of the included article were carried out, and the Meta-analysis was carried out using Stata 16.0 software. Results:A total of 19 articles including 5 926 patients were included. Meta-analysis results showed that the incidence of violent incidents was about 78% [ ES=0.78, 95% CI (0.65, 0.88) ], and the influencing factors of violence against psychiatric nurses included gender, education, working years, age, energy level, height, working hours, employment form and so on.
