Abstract: In order to explore the enhanced rehabilitation after surgery (ERAS) of orthopedics in our country, this paper introduces the practice, process, nursing management, visual interactive follow-up based on the information platform after discharge, and home care and rehabilitation guidance of the same day discharge in patients with hip and knee replacement abroad, and puts forward relevant suggestions, so as to provide a reference for orthopedic colleagues and medical administrators to formulate relevant policies.
