Abstract: This article reviews the concept, importance, and assessment tools of nurse leadership. This article introduces the characteristics of each assessment tool and its application in different cultural backgrounds, so as to provide a reference for nurses to choose appropriate assessment tools, and to provide a basis for the development of assessment tools for nurse leadership in China.
