Abstract:
At present, the number of adolescents with chronic diseases is increasing year by year. The quality of life of adolescents with chronic diseases has become an urgent concern for nurses. This article reviews the concepts, methods of self-management of adolescents with chronic diseases, and the advantages, status, existing problems and future improvement of self-management applications (APP) , so as to provide new ideas for the research on App-based self-management in adolescent patients with chronic diseases in China.
