Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing based on the ABC-X model in female facial burn patients. Methods:From January to December 2020, convenience sampling was used to select 70 female facial burn patients admitted to Lishui City People's Hospital as the research object. According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group, 35 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while the observation group carried out nursing based on the ABC-X model. Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) , Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) , Self-Rating Scale of Body Image and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire were used to evaluate the effect. Results:Before the intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of SAS, SDS, Self-Rating Scale of Body Image and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire between the two groups ( P>0.05) . After the intervention, the SAS, SDS and Self-Rating Scale of Body Image scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The positive coping dimension scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the negative coping dimension scores were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Nursing based on the ABC-X model can effectively alleviate negative emotions and body image disorders in female facial burn patients, and improve their coping styles.
