Abstract:
Osteoporosis due to muscle deficiency refers to the simultaneous occurrence of metabolic attenua-tion lesions in both skeletal muscle and bone. The occurrence and development of this disease involve a complex regulato-ry network of multiple factors and genes.Long noncoding RNA(lncRNA),as an important class of noncoding RNA mole-cules,plays an important regulatory role in regulating the expression of functional genes.Due to the fact that lncRNA can also affect the metabolism and reconstruction of muscle and skeletal systems by simultaneously regulating the proliferation, differentiation, death, and interaction of muscle and bone cells, they can become a new mechanism and target for improv-ing sarcopenia osteoporosis.
