Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effects of continuous nursing on the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) after percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention (PCI) .Methods:From June 2019 to May 2020, totally 139 CHD patients undergoing PCI at the First People 's Hospital of Hangzhou Lin An District were selected by convenient sampling and divided into the control group ( n=69) and the study group ( n=70) . Patients in the control group received routine care, while patients in the study group underwent continuous nursing based on routine care. The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) , Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) , self-management ability, quality of life scores, and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups of patients. Results:After the intervention, the total scores and scores of each dimension of self-management ability were higher in the study group than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.01) ; the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.01) ; the scores of each dimension of the quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (all P<0.01) ; the incidence of adverse events in the study group was 5.71% (4/70) , lower than that 17.39% (12/69) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Continuous care for CHD patients undergoing PCI can improve patients ' self-management ability and quality of life, alleviate patients ' anxiety and depression, effectively improve patients ' prognosis, and help them recover.
