Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of early functional exercise-oriented perioperative nursing in patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures after vertebroplasty. Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019, convenience sampling was used to select 116 patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures who underwent vertebroplasty in the Department of Orthopedics, Kaifeng Central Hospital. The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, with 58 cases in each group. The observation group conducted early functional exercise-oriented perioperative nursing, and the control group carried out routine perioperative nursing. The complications and rehabilitation effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results:The number of cases of pressure injury and constipation in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the postoperative recovery excellent rate was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Early functional exercise-oriented perioperative nursing can improve the physical rehabilitation of patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures after vertebroplasty, and reduce the occurrence of pressure injuries and constipation.
