Abstract:
Chronic diseases have a long course and are difficult to heal on their own. Care work restricts the normal social activities of caregivers of patients with chronic diseases, and the social network level of this population is currently not ideal. This article introduces the qualitative research, evaluation tools and influencing factors of social network of caregivers of patients with chronic diseases and intervention measures to improve the social network of caregivers, so as to provide reference for improving the social network level of caregivers of patients with chronic diseases and helping them obtain high-quality nursing resources, thus reducing the burden of care and improving quality of life of patients with chronic diseases.
