Abstract:
This article summarizes the necessity of professional team cooperation in the field of pediatric critical care, the status of domestic and foreign child critical care team cooperation, the role of nurses in team cooperation, team cooperation evaluation tools and so on. This article aims to provide new methods and ideas for the development and cooperation of nursing team building and cooperation in the field of critically ill children in our country, and to improve the team's ability to treat critically ill children.
