Abstract:
Improving the comprehensive quality of nurses and cultivating high-quality nursing talents has always been a hot and difficult point in clinical nursing management and nursing research. In order to standardize the standards and quality of the nurse practice transition training program, the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) organizes and carries out the Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) , which have been widely used in the fields of newly recruited nurse training, registered nurse training, and advanced practice nurse training certification. This article introduces the background, certification requirements and procedures of PTAP, as well as the enlightenment to our country, so as to provide a reference for establishing a nursing personnel training and certification system in line with our country's national conditions.
