Abstract:
Objective:To explore the exercise self-efficacy and its influencing factors among patients with coronary heart disease to provide basis for clinical intervention. Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to select 85 patients with coronary heart disease who were reviewed in the Affiliated Provincial Hospital, Shandong First Medical University as the research subjects. Data were collected by a general information questionnaire, Exercise Self-Efficacy Scale, Social Support Rating Scale. Results:A total of 85 questionnaires were distributed and 84 valid questionnaires were returned. The score of Exercise Self-Efficacy Scale for patients with coronary heart disease was (5.60±1.47) . Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of exercise self-efficacy was positively correlated with the total score of social support of patients with coronary heart disease ( P<0.001) . The multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, education level, whether knowing the benefits of exercise, whether having regular exercise habits before the illness, whether having family members' supports to exercise, and the level of social support were the influencing factors of exercise self-efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The exercise self-efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease is at a moderate level. Clinical medical staff should conduct targeted interventions on the influencing factors of exercise self-efficacy in patients with coronary heart disease, so as to improve patients' exercise self-efficacy.
