Abstract:
Objective:To construct a nursing sensitivity outcome indicator system for patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Methods:Based on the Omaha problem classification scheme and the classification of nursing outcomes, the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation with 27 experts in the field of inflammatory bowel disease nursing to construct a nursing sensitivity outcome indicator system for patients with inflammatory bowel disease. The weight of each indicator was determined.Results:In the two rounds of expert consultation, the effective recovery rates of questionnaires were 93.33% and 96.43%, and the opinion submission rates were 42.86% and 18.52%, and the authority coefficients of the experts were 0.864 and 0.899, and the coordination coefficients of first-level indicators were 0.175-0.308 in the second round of consultation. Finally, the nursing sensitivity outcome indicator system for patients with inflammatory bowel disease was formed with 15 first-level indicators, 33 second-level indicators, and 97 third-level indicators.Conclusions:Based on the Omaha system and the classification of nursing outcomes, the nursing sensitivity outcome indicator system for patients with inflammatory bowel disease is scientific and reasonable, which can provide guidance for the development of nursing services for patients with inflammatory bowel disease.
