Abstract:
Patients with rheumatoid arthritis are often accompanied by frailty, which is closely related to the increased risk of fractures, aggravation of the disease, and decline in physical function. This article reviews the pathogenesis, influencing factors, adverse health outcomes, main assessment tools, and intervention methods of frailty in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, aiming to provide a reference for early identification and intervention of frailty among these patients.
