Abstract:
With the rapid development of the medical and health system and the intensification of global competition, nursing managers have gradually realized that the rich psychological capital of nursing staff can help them preserve their excellent mental state and positive work attitude, which is an important source of increasing organizational performance. Therefore, this article summarizes the existing literature, reviews the concept of psychological capital, commonly used measurement tools, existing intervention research, and analyzes the intervention content and methods of psychological capital intervention, so as to carry out a theoretical basis for the nursing industry to carry out psychological capital research.
