According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the intervention group and the control group with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while patients the intervention group were given continuous nursing based on IKAP mode on the basis of routine nursing.Scores of the MOS Item Short From Health Survey (SF-36) , Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) , Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Treatment Compliance Questionnaire were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention. Results:After the intervention, scores of each dimension of SF-36 and Treatment Compliance Questionnaire of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) .The SAS and SDS scores of patients in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01) . Conclusions:Continuous nursing based on IKAP model can effectively improve the quality of life and treatment compliance of patients with coronary heart disease and relieve the adverse mood of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
