Abstract: This article introduced the policy background and the development of administration standards on drug electronic certificate,analyzed the current status and main problems of electronic certificate standards for drug regulation,elaborated the process of formulating standards,and explained the main contents of the standards.Combined with the application status of the standards,this paper offered suggestions to optimize and improve the standards.It provided guidance for local drug administration agencies to implement electronic certificates,and offered a foundation for the interoperability and mutual recognition of drug administration electronic certificates throughout the country.
