Abstract:
Breast cancer-related lymphedema is incurable once it occurs. The management of lymphedema is a long-term and continuous process, in which self-management plays an important role. This article reviews the research on self-management of lymphedema from three aspects: prevention, subclinical stage and maintenance stage. It aims to provide reference for effective self-management of breast cancer-related lymphedema in clinic.
