Abstract:
Objective:To explore the application of fine management in clinical teaching and training of psychiatric nurses. Methods:A total of 120 newly recruited nurses from the Affiliated Kangning Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, while the observation group adopted fine-management teaching method for clinical nursing interns. The pass rate of theory/operation examination, the satisfaction of doctors and nurses to the nursing level and satisfaction of patients and their families to the nursing quality were compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . The pass rate of the theory/operation examination, the satisfaction of doctors and nurses to the nursing level and satisfaction of patients and their families to the nursing quality in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The fine clinical nursing teaching and training planning can make the teaching and training work more reasonable and efficient. While improving the training efficiency, it also enables nurses to have the refined concept earlier and be more meticulous in carrying out nursing work, so as to improve quality of nursing.
