Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of quantitative muscle strength training on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods:From July 2018 to December 2019, the convenience sampling method was used to select 149 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to a ClassⅢ hospital for lumbar fusion as the research objects. Patients were divided into the control group (74 cases) and the experimental group (75 cases) according to admission time. The scores of the Oswestry Disability Index and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) Low Lumbar Pain Scale before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. In the end, 71 patients in the control group and 70 patients in the experimental group completed the study. Results:The score of the Oswestry Disability Index after intervention in the experimental group was (15.04±3.26) , which was lower than (17.25±3.48) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( t=3.890, P<0.01) . The JOA Low Lumbar Pain Scale score of the patients in the experimental group after intervention was (23.32±2.86) , which was higher than (21.64±2.72) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( t=3.575, P<0.01) . Conclusions:Quantitative muscle strength training is simple and easy for patients to master, which can improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
