Abstract:
Colonoscopy is an important method for colon cancer screening, and the quality of bowel preparation is an important factor in the completion of colonoscopy. This article analyzes and summarizes the influencing factors of the quality of bowel preparation in colonoscopy patients, including demographic factors, disease-related factors, bowel preparation plan factors, and defecation conditions after taking laxatives. It is recommended that in the future focus on the research on the prediction model of inadequate bowel preparation and the measurement scale for high-risk populations. At the same time, nursing staff should also combine the influencing factors of patients with insufficient bowel preparation, and give corresponding bowel preparation programs and individualized intervention measures to improve the efficiency of colonoscopy.
