Abstract:
Anxiety and depression are the most common negative emotions in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) , which are closely related to the prognosis of the disease, the quality of life and the occurrence of adverse events. This article reviews the research progress on pulmonary rehabilitation therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, music therapy, traditional Chinese medicine and other non-pharmacological treatments of COPD patients with anxiety and depression, and combined with clinical practice to find out the existing problems, aiming at provide a reference for the clinical implementation of non-pharmacological therapy for COPD patients with anxiety and depression.
