Abstract: The occupational coping self-efficacy of nurses is their confidence in their own coping ability in nursing work, and it plays an important role for nursing staff to make good use of their own advantages in the workplace. At present, scholars at home and abroad have made certain progress in measuring tools, cause and effect. This article summarizes the existing literature, sorts out the concept, commonly used measurement scales, influencing factors and functions of nurses' occupational coping self-efficacy, and looks forward to the deficiencies in the current research on nurses' occupational coping self-efficacy, in order to provide a reference for nurses to deal with nursing work well.
