Abstract:
The prevention and management of venous thromboembolism (VTE) is very important. The VTE "four-in-one" prevention and management team formed by caregivers, doctors, nurses, and patients plays a pivotal role in improving the clinical outcome of patients with VTE. At present, VTE prevention and management involving domestic caregivers is still in its infancy. It is necessary to intervene the cognition and behavior of caregivers, and carry out in-depth exploration in the connotation and form of VTE continuous prevention and management, so as to improve the quality of caregivers' participation in VTE prevention and management, and play a role in improving the level of health literacy of the whole people and ultimately achieve the goal of improving the effect of VTE prevention and management.
