Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of stimulation lactation model by stages on the time of lactation period Ⅱ and lactation volume in delivery women during maternal separation period. Methods:Using the convenience sampling method, 140 cases of delivery women in the Obstetrics Department of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. All objects were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 70 cases in each group. Control group carried out routine nursing, and observation group implemented intervention by nursing staff based on the stimulation lactation model by stages. The time of lactation period Ⅱ, lactation volume and breast swelling were compared between two groups. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the number of delivery women in lactation period Ⅱ between two groups at 48 and 72 hours after delivery ( P<0.05) . The lactation volume of delivery women in observation group was higher than that of control group at 24, 48 and 72 hours after delivery, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01) . There was a statistically significant difference in the degree of breast swelling of delivery women between two groups at 72 hours after delivery ( P<0.01) . Conclusions:Stimulation lactation model by stages can advance the time of lactation phase Ⅱ after maternal separation, increase maternal lactation volume and reduce breast swelling.
