Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of short-term healthy behavior management on lung function, daily activities habits and exercise-induced emotions in patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods:From May to October 2019, convenience sampling was used to select 180 patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to the Department of Respiration, the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University. Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table, with 90 cases in each group. Control group carried out routine nursing measures, and observation group implemented the healthy behavior management. We compared the lung function, daily activity habits and exercise-induced emotional changes of patients between two groups. SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used for data analysis. Results:Before intervention, there was no statistical difference in the total scores of lung function, daily activity habits and exercise-induced emotional changes of patients between two groups ( P>0.05) .After four weeks of intervention, forced vital capacity (FVC) , forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV 1) and peak expiratory flow (PEF) of observation group were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant ( t=19.071, 4.480, 25.735; P<0.01) . The basal metabolism, average daily exercise volume and total energy expenditure of observation group after four weeks of intervention were higher than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( t=4.914, 10.478, 2.774; P<0.01) . After four weeks of intervention, the total scores of vitality stimulation, body calm, emotional input and exercise-induced emotions of observation group were higher than those of control group, and the physiological fatigue score was lower than that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( t=4.986, 6.044, 4.849, 6.992, 7.544; P<0.01) . Conclusions:Short-term healthy behavior management can effectively improve the lung function of patients with chronic bronchitis, enhance the patient's daily activity ability, and have a certain impact on exercise-induced emotions.
