Abstract:
Objective:To explore and analyze the current status and hotspots in the field of international breast cancer nursing and provide reference for further research on breast cancer nursing in China. Methods:PubMed was used to search literature of breast cancer nursing published from 2014 to 2019. Bibliometric analysis and cluster analysis were used to analyze the literatures via bibliographic item cooccurrence matrix builder and SPSS 22.0 software. Results:A total of 948 literatures were included and 40 high-frequency words with frequency greater than or equal to 13 times were extracted. After cluster analysis, four research hotspots were obtained, including drug use, adverse reaction management and the role of nurses; decision-making sharing and doctor-patient communication; survivors' psychological status and quality of life and knowledge, attitude and practice mode and early screening. Conclusions:This research objectively and truly reflects research hotspots in the field of breast cancer nursing in the world and provides some directions for domestic research and funding priorities in this field.
