Abstract:
This study aims to introduce the hotspots of frontier academic achievements into the teaching of undergraduate courses in biomedical engineering. To tackle the existing teaching problems and with the goal of solving engineering problems, we propose the idea of emphasizing innovation, strengthening practice, and highlighting the central position of learners, forming a hybrid teaching model that combines online and offline teaching methods and promotes in-class and out-of-class activities. The reform has shown effectiveness for mobilizing students' enthusiasm for independent learning and enhancing students' comprehensive practical ability and innovative thinking, which provides a reference for cultivating biomedical engineering professionals who meet the new needs of national strategic development.
