Abstract:
Objective:To construct a key factor index system of health education for patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) based on behavior change wheel (BCW) theory. Methods:By adopting the convenient sampling method, a total of 33 nursing experts from 6 provinces and cities including Tianjin and Beijing were selected as objects for correspondence consultation in November 2019. With BCW as the research framework, the key factor index system of health education for patients after PCI was determined through literature search and 2 rounds of expert correspondence consultation. Results:The positive coefficients of two rounds of expert correspondence consultation were both 100%, the expert authority coefficients were respectively 0.858 and 0.881, and the coordination coefficients of expert opinions were respectively 0.336 and 0.387 ( P<0.01) . The final established key factor index system of health education for patients after PCI consisted of 3 first-level indexes, 7 second-level indexes and 43 third-level indexes. Conclusions:The key factor index system of health education for patients after PCI constructed in this study is a set of scientific, reliable and credible index system, which can provide a theoretical basis for formulating intervention measures for patients after PCI.
