Abstract:
Objective:To construct the evaluation index system for nursing quality of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) for patients with malignant hematological diseases, and clarify the weight values of all levels of indicators. Methods:We drafted the first draft of the evaluation index system for nursing quality of allo-HSCT for patients with malignant hematological diseases through literature research and semi-structured interviews. The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultations to 20 experts, and the analytic hierarchy process method was used to determine the weight of indicators at all levels. Results:In two rounds of Delphi expert consultations, expert positive coefficients were 80.00% (16/20) and 93.75% (15/16) , and expert authority coefficients were 0.83 and 0.84 respectively. The Kendall 's coordination coefficients were 0.34 and 0.40 respectively ( P<0.01) . Finally, 3 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators and 64 third-level indicators were determined. Conclusions:The evaluation index system for nursing quality of allo-HSCT for patients with malignant hematological diseases is reliable and practical, and can be used as a basis for evaluating the nursing quality of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
