Abstract: Evidence-based medicine (EBM) is a science that uses the best available research data to make decisions, and the core is that clinical decision-making is supported by the best research evidence. Incorporating EBM into traditional standardized residency training in hematology can foster residents' professional theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, improve the quality of standardized training, and provide ideas and methods for standardized training of hematology residents, which is worthy of further research and exploration.
