In the control group, according to the ward training plan, the training of nursing document writing standards was routinely provided. Each shift of nurses completed and examined the nursing document writing of the shift, and the head nurse conducted random inspections and was responsible for the quality of the terminal medical records. Scientific and reliable improvement plans were formulated, and the implementation effect was tracked and evaluated. The data and information such as the quality control score and the number of errors in each monthly medical records in 2018 and 2019 were collected, and the error rate and quality control results of the two groups were compared. Results:The average number of errors in nursing document writing per month in the observation group was lower, and the quality control performance of nursing document writing was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:In the management of nursing document writing quality, the application of Six Sigma can reduce the error rate of nursing document writing and improve the quality of nursing document writing.
