Abstract:
Objective:To explore the application value of standardized nursing program in pneumonia of immunocompromised host infected with non-human acquired immunodeficiency virus (HIV) .Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 158 non-HIV immunocompromised patients who were hospitalized in China-Japan Friendship Hospital from August 2016 and August 2018 were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups. 75 patients in the observation group received standardized nursing, and 83 patients in the control group received conventional nursing. Clinical indexes, activity of daily living and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The antipyretic time, cough recovery time, phlegm recovery time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01) . The activity of daily living and satisfaction degree of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01) . Conclusions:In the pneumonia of non-HIV immunocompromised host, the strict implementation of standardized nursing can promote the early recovery of patients, shorten the length of hospital stay, improve activity of daily living and improve their satisfaction.
